What are the payment methods?

Our payment methods are: Credit card, Paypal, check and money order. In order to guarantee your own safety, we do not accept any transaction by telephone.


My payment does not work?

When you make your payment, make sure that all the information corresponds to the exact information on your credit card. If some information does not match, the transaction will not go through. If you are still experiencing problems and would like to speak directly with a customer service representative, please email us at info@canadahair.ca


Can I use a prepaid credit card?

Yes, you can pay with a prepaid credit card. Make sure the balance on the card is enough to make your purchase. You can't use two cards to make one payment.


Can I pay in cash?

Cash payments are not accepted. An alternative are money orders, they can be purchased with cash or a debit card, just go to a Canada Post counter to make one.


I can't log into my account.

If you are having difficulty logging in, make sure you put the correct email and the correct password. If you have forgotten your password, click on: Forgot your password? You will receive an email with steps to choose a new password.


Can I cancel my order?

If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please email us at info@canadahair.ca as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change, but we can't guarantee that we will be able to do so. If it is too late for our team to cancel your order, you can return your order to us once you have received it.


I have not received a confirmation email of my order?

The email confirmation of your order can take a few minutes to receive. If you did not receive our email, please look in your junk/spam emails.


Can I buy your products in a store?

CanadaHair.ca is an online store. We offer our products exclusively on our website. If you want to order, you have to place your order on our website directly.


Do you sell wholesale?

No, but it is in our plans to soon offer wholesale.

SHIPPING

How much is the shipping fee?

Shipping is FREE until October 20, 2017 (usually, shipping is a flat rate of $10)


What is the delivery delay?

It takes between 1 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). These delays are simply estimates and not a guarantee. Please allow 1 to 2 business days to prepare your order.


What if I need my order urgently?

Send us an email and we will flag your order as "urgent”, so that our warehouse ship your order as quickly as possible. Although this process is more expensive than our normal delivery process, we are not going to charge you an extra for that. Why? Because we love you xox


Which company does the delivery?

Canada Post handles all shipments. We chose Canada Post as the company with the largest distribution network in Canada. Canada Post has several counters in several locations, giving our customers the ability to search for a package without having to travel far.


My Canada Post tracking number is not working?

Be sure to put the correct tracking number on Canada Post website. Your tracking number is a series of 16 digits that begins with 8310015.


I made a mistake in my delivery address.

Please contact us as soon as possible at info@canadahair.ca The moment your order leaves our warehouse, we can no longer change it.

RETURNS

Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes. We accept returns under certain conditions, depending on the product you have purchased. Please note that you must contact us before returning your order. You can see the conditions below


Returns for hair extensions & wigs & ponytails

We accept returns if the hair extensions have not been removed from their original packaging and are in the same condition as they were received (the extension are still attached to the golden ties as they were originally). You must contact us within 48 hours after you receive your order by sending us an email to info@canadahair.ca All returned items will be inspected to see if you qualify for a refund because unwrapped merchandise will not be refunded.


Return conditions for hair care, accessories, tools

We do not accept returns of care products such as shampoos, conditioners or beauty products.


Return conditions for hot tools

We accept returns if items are in their original condition and not used. You must contact us within 48 hours after you receive your order by sending us an email to info@canadahair.ca


Product with the mention 'FINAL SALE'

If the name of a product ends with the words 'Final Sale', it means that the product is not exchangeable or refundable.


Refund Procedure

We need a receipt or proof of purchase (example: the email address used when you placed your order). You must contact us before returning an item. All items returned without prior contact will be refused. You must contact us within 48 hours after you receive your order by sending us an email to info@canadahair.ca


How long does the return process take for a refund or exchange?

You will receive your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 working days of receipt of your return. Refunds are issued on the same payment method you used. Once the refund is made, we will confirm it by email to you. Please note that some financial institutions may take a few days before displaying the refund on statements.


Is it a full refund?

If your return is in accordance with our return policy, yes you will be refunded the full amount you paid for an item. Unlike some companies, there is no charge for restocking fees.


Late or Missing Refund (if applicable)

If you have not yet received a refund, first check your bank account one more time. Then, contact your credit card company, some financial institutions may take a few days before displaying refunds on statements. What is your phone number?

We do not offer support by phone. We only provide support by email. Here’s why we don’t provide phone support: It's inefficient. On the phone you talk with one person who has to put you on hold all the time to look into an issue. With a ticket, multiple staff members can work on an issue at the same time. Also, there's no audit trail. With a ticket, we can look at your history to see if you've had this issue before. You can also review any ticket you've ever submitted to us and re-open them at a later date if the issue returns. With phone support, we can't search. Since there's no record of the conversation, if another user has an issue similar to yours, we can't search for it. Moreover, we have an excellent response time with email support. In the same amount of time you'd spend on hold with companies who do offer phone support, we would have already responded to your ticket.
