Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes. We accept returns under certain conditions, depending on the product you have purchased. Please note that you must contact us before returning your order. You can see the conditions below
Returns for hair extensions & wigs & ponytails
We accept returns if the hair extensions have not been removed from their original packaging and are in the same condition as they were received (the extension are still attached to the golden ties as they were originally). You must contact us within 48 hours after you receive your order by sending us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org All returned items will be inspected to see if you qualify for a refund because unwrapped merchandise will not be refunded.
Return conditions for hair care, accessories, tools
We do not accept returns of care products such as shampoos, conditioners or beauty products.
Return conditions for hot tools
We accept returns if items are in their original condition and not used. You must contact us within 48 hours after you receive your order by sending us an email to email@example.com
Product with the mention 'FINAL SALE'
If the name of a product ends with the words 'Final Sale', it means that the product is not exchangeable or refundable.
We need a receipt or proof of purchase (example: the email address used when you placed your order). You must contact us before returning an item. All items returned without prior contact will be refused. You must contact us within 48 hours after you receive your order by sending us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
How long does the return process take for a refund or exchange?
You will receive your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 working days of receipt of your return. Refunds are issued on the same payment method you used. Once the refund is made, we will confirm it by email to you. Please note that some financial institutions may take a few days before displaying the refund on statements.
Is it a full refund?
If your return is in accordance with our return policy, yes you will be refunded the full amount you paid for an item. Unlike some companies, we don't charge restocking fees.
Late or Missing Refund (if applicable)
If you have not yet received a refund, first check your bank account one more time. Then, contact your credit card company, some financial institutions may take a few days before displaying refunds on statements.
