In the shopping cart, there is a section below the cart summary where you can add a discount code if you have any.
What are the payment methods?
Our payment methods are: Credit card, Paypal, check and money order. In order to guarantee your own safety, we do not accept any transaction by telephone.
My payment does not work?
When you make your payment, make sure that all the information corresponds to the exact information on your credit card. If some information does not match, the transaction will not go through. Can I use a prepaid credit card?
Yes, you can pay with a prepaid credit card. Make sure the balance on the card is enough to make your purchase. You can't use two cards to make one payment.
Can I pay in cash?
Cash payments are not accepted. An alternative are money orders, they can be purchased with cash or a debit card, just go to a Canada Post counter to make one.
I can't log into my account.

Can I cancel my order?
If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as you place your order. CanadaHair.ca is an online store. We offer our products exclusively on our website. If you want to order, you have to place your order on our website directly.
