Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes. We accept returns under certain conditions, depending on the product you have purchased. Please note that you must contact us before returning your order. You can see the conditions below.
Will I have to pay shipping fees to return my order?
No. We will pay the shipping fee for you! Why? Because you placed your trust in us and that's our way of saying thanks even if you want to return your order. In short, you literally have nothing to lose by placing an order :)

2. Print the prepaid return label our company will send you & bring your package to a local Canada Post office.
3. Once we receive your return, we will issue you with a full refund or exchange your order (as per your request). Please note that it can take 5 business days after we receive your return before we can process your refund or exchange.
Returns for hair extensions & wigs & ponytails
We accept returns if the hair extensions have not been removed from their original packaging and are in the same condition as they were received (the extension are still attached to the golden ties as they were originally, hair extensions are not dyed, hair extensions are not cut, etc.). We accept returns within 30 days of your order date. You have to contact us at email@example.com before returning your order. All returned items will be inspected to see if you qualify for a refund because unwrapped merchandise will not be refunded.
Return conditions for hair care, accessories, tools
We do not accept returns of care products such as shampoos, conditioners or beauty products.
Return conditions for hot tools
We accept returns if items are in their original condition and not used. We accept returns within 30 days of your order date. You have to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org before returning your order.
• If the name of a product ends with the words 'Final Sale', it means that the product is not exchangeable or refundable.
• You must always contact us before proceeding with a return.
