• You have 15 days from the delivery date to initiate a return & get your free Canada Post return label for a full refund (Loyal Members get 20 days)
• Please ensure that the product remains in its original condition, as it was when you received it. Watch video > While you're welcome to remove the wig, topper, toupee, or ponytail from the packaging and try it on, please don't dye, cut, style, wash, or alter it in any way. All returned products are inspected to determine if they're eligible for a full refund to your original payment method. If the product has been modified, we can only refund you with a gift card, up to $250 per year (Loyal Members get up to $500 per year)
