- Security seal intact (not opened): full refund to your original payment method. Start your return within 90 days of receiving your order.
- Security seal removed (you tried them): refund in the form of a gift card. Start your return within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Wigs / toppers / ponytails: try them, love them, or return them! Start your return within 20 days of receiving your order. Must be in original condition. Full refund to your payment method; altered items receive a gift card.
