What are the payment methods?

Our payment methods are: Credit card, Paypal, check and money order. In order to guarantee your own safety, we do not accept any transaction by telephone.


My payment does not work?

When you make your payment, make sure that all the information corresponds to the exact information on your credit card. If some information does not match, the transaction will not go through. Can I use a prepaid credit card?

Yes, you can pay with a prepaid credit card. Make sure the balance on the card is enough to make your purchase. You can't use two cards to make one payment.


Can I pay in cash?

Cash payments are not accepted. An alternative are money orders, they can be purchased with cash or a debit card, just go to a Canada Post counter to make one.


I can't log into my account.

If you are having difficulty logging in, make sure you put the correct email and the correct password. If you have forgotten your password, click on: Forgot your password? You will receive an email with steps to choose a new password.


Can I cancel my order?

If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please email us at info@canadahair.ca as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change, but we can't guarantee that we will be able to do so. If it is too late for our team to cancel your order, you can return your order to us once you have received it.


I have not received a confirmation email of my order?

The email confirmation of your order can take a few minutes to receive. If you did not receive our email, please look in your junk/spam emails.


Can I buy your products in a store?

CanadaHair.ca is an online store. We offer our products exclusively on our website. If you want to order, you have to place your order on our website directly.


Do you sell wholesale?

How much is the shipping fee?

The shipping fee is a flat rate of $10, but free if you buy over $125.


When will I get my order?

Orders are usually delivered within 1 to 5 business days. These are simply estimates and not a guarantee. Please allow 1 or 2 working days for processing your order before shipment.

In a busy promotional period, the delivery time of your order may be longer than the one estimated above. We deliver only on working days. Working days are Monday to Friday, except holidays. All orders placed after noon will be processed the next business day.


What if I need my order urgently?

Send us an email and we will ship your order urgently with Canada Post's fastest shipping method. We cannot guarantee you anything, but we will definitely do our best! We do this free of charge.


Are there duty fees?

No. All orders ship from Canada, so there are no duty fees.


Which company does the delivery?

Canada Post handles all shipments. We chose Canada Post as the company with the largest distribution network in Canada. Canada Post has several counters in several locations, giving our customers the ability to search for a package without having to travel far.


My Canada Post tracking number is not working?

Ensure you are using the correct tracking number on Canada Post website. Your tracking number is a series of 16 digits that begins with 8310015.


I made a mistake in my delivery address.

Please contact us as soon as possible. The moment your order leaves our warehouse, we can no longer modify your address.


Do you ship to the USA or internationally?

No, we don't. Our business model relies on providing the best customer service on every orders. Since we're located in Canada, shipping to the USA or internationally will result in long shipping delays and duty fees. However, we're working on launching USAhair.com very soon and all orders will be shipped from the USA!

Return Policy


Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes. We accept returns under certain conditions, depending on the product you have purchased. Please note that you must contact us before returning your order. You can see the conditions below.


Will I have to pay shipping fees to return my order?

No. We will pay the shipping fee for you! Why? Because you placed your trust in us and that's our way of saying thanks even if you want to return your order. In short, you literally have nothing to lose by placing an order :)


Refund/Exchange Process

2. Print the prepaid return label our company will send you & bring your package to a local Canada Post office.

3. Once we receive your return, we will issue you with a full refund or exchange your order (as per your request). Please note that it can take 5 business days after we receive your return before we can process your refund or exchange.


Returns for hair extensions & wigs & ponytails

We accept returns if the hair extensions have not been removed from their original packaging and are in the same condition as they were received (the extension are still attached to the golden ties as they were originally, hair extensions are not dyed, hair extensions are not cut, etc.). We accept returns within 30 days of your order date. You have to contact us at info@canadahair.ca before returning your order. All returned items will be inspected to see if you qualify for a refund because unwrapped merchandise will not be refunded.


Return conditions for hair care, accessories, tools

We do not accept returns of care products such as shampoos, conditioners or beauty products.


Return conditions for hot tools

We accept returns if items are in their original condition and not used. We accept returns within 30 days of your order date. You have to contact us at info@canadahair.ca before returning your order.

• If the name of a product ends with the words 'Final Sale', it means that the product is not exchangeable or refundable.

• You must always contact us before proceeding with a return.

• We will pay your shipping fees if you wish to return your order, but If you wish to exchange or return your order more than once, you are responsible for all the shipping fees.

What is your phone number?

We do not offer support by phone. We only provide support by email. Here’s why we don’t provide phone support: It's inefficient. On the phone you talk with one person who has to put you on hold all the time to look into an issue. With a ticket, multiple staff members can work on an issue at the same time. Also, there's no audit trail. With a ticket, we can look at your history to see if you've had this issue before. You can also review any ticket you've ever submitted to us and re-open them at a later date if the issue returns. With phone support, we can't search. Since there's no record of the conversation, if another user has an issue similar to yours, we can't search for it. Moreover, we have an excellent response time with email support. In the same amount of time you'd spend on hold with companies who do offer phone support, we would have already responded to your ticket.
