You can only use 1 (one) promotional discount code per checkout. If you have allergies to plastic, metal, glue or simply hair extensions and wigs, we recommend you try a few hair strands before proceeding in a full hair extensions installation. We do not guarantee, represent or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free. We do not warrant that the results that may be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable. You agree that from time to time we may remove the service for indefinite periods of time or cancel the service at any time, without notice to you. You expressly agree that your use of, or inability to use, the service is at your sole risk. The service and all products and services delivered to you through the service are (except as expressly stated by us) provided 'as is' and 'as available' for your use, without any representation, warranties or conditions of any kind, either express or implied, including all implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, merchantable quality, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title, and non-infringement. GIFT CARD ABUSE POLICY
Samples and colour rings include a gift card. This gift card is redeemable exclusively on Canada Hair, and is not redeemable for cash. Gift cards never expire. If you apply an existing gift card code to purchase a product that includes a gift card, you won't be getting a new gift card code. You can get a maximum of $50 CAD in gift cards per year.
DYEING HAIR EXTENSIONS
Please note that if you modify the product you purchase by changing the hair colour (applying hair dye, toners, purple shampoo, etc.) it is done at your own discretion. We will not refund or exchange your order if you are not satisfied with the outcome.
Hair extensions offered on our website that are made of real hair can be dyed. However, please be advised that if you dye the extensions, they can no longer be returned as explained in our return policy. Therefore, ensure to have your hair extensions dyed by a professional hair salon that has solid experience in dyeing hair extensions.
Although our hair extensions made of real hair can be dyed, we do not offer any guarantee. There are several external factors beyond our control when you decide to dye hair extensions. For example:
- The quality of the dyeing
- The original color and the final color
- The level of peroxide
- The level of expertise by the hairdresser dyeing the hair extensions
Dyeing hair extensions is a major change to the extensions because the final product with the dye is not the one we originally sold. As a result, we can not guarantee the result or that the extensions will keep their quality.
For these reasons, we can not guarantee the work done by the hairdresser of your choice. We can not take responsibility if the dye is not properly applied, if the color is not what you expected to have and if the dye has caused damage to the quality of the extensions (Example: the hair mixes, are dry, fall, etc.)
Take the example of someone buying a new black Honda car. You can take this car to a garage to change the color of the car. However, if there are complications when changing the color of the car, Honda will not take responsibility as this is out of their control and can not guarantee the work done by the garage of your choice.
Request Data Deletion
If you want CanadaHair.ca to delete all data collected about you, please send an email to email@example.com with the subject 'DELETE MY DATA'. Please allow 24 hours to 48 hours for all your data to be completely deleted.
We take customer satisfaction very seriously, and we strive to provide high-quality products and services to our customers at all times. However, in the event that a customer decides to open a chargeback with their payment provider, we have a strict policy in place that outlines our actions.
If a customer opens a chargeback with their payment provider, we reserve the right to cease all communication with them immediately. We consider the chargeback to be a breach of the agreement between the customer and us, and as such, we will no longer be able to provide any further assistance or support to the customer. In the event that a customer initiates a chargeback through their chosen payment provider, it's important to note that this action will lead to the deletion of their account and the removal of associated benefits. This includes the forfeiture of any in-store credits, gift cards, and coupons linked to their account.
In addition, by opening a chargeback, the customer agrees that they will not be able to order from us anymore. This is a consequence of their actions, and it is a necessary measure to protect our business.
Furthermore, we reserve the right to take legal action against the customer if we deem it necessary. This may include suing the customer to recover any damages or losses that we may have incurred as a result of their chargeback.
We understand that chargebacks can be a frustrating experience for both the customer and the merchant. However, we believe that our policy is necessary to ensure that our business is protected, and that we can continue to provide high-quality products and services to our customers in the future.
Zero-Tolerance for aggressive behavior
At our company, we take the safety and well-being of our employees very seriously. We believe that every person deserves to be treated with respect and dignity, and we do not tolerate any form of verbal abuse or harassment towards our employees.
As such, we have a zero-tolerance policy towards customers who engage in verbally abusive behavior towards our employees. If a customer is found to be verbally abusive towards any of our employees, we reserve the right to refuse to serve or interact with them.
This means that if a customer is found to be verbally abusive, we will ask them to leave the premises immediately. If the abusive behavior is occurring over the phone or through online communication channels, we will terminate the conversation and block the customer from further communication with our company.
We take this policy very seriously, and we believe that it is essential to maintain a safe and respectful work environment for our employees. We understand that sometimes customers may become frustrated or upset, but we will not tolerate any form of verbal abuse or harassment.
